Hey Tyler!

Big week around here — and we mean that.

The City of Tyler just unveiled its Tyler Tomorrow Comprehensive Plan, a 20-year roadmap for how this city grows, develops, and takes care of its people through 2045. If you've ever had thoughts about traffic, housing, or where Tyler is headed, this one's worth your attention.

Spring (and Spring Break) are also slowly creeping up, and there is genuinely a lot to do this week — from Cirque Italia at Broadway Square to live music to trivia nights, farmers markets, and a butterfly talk at the library.

Here's your full rundown. 👇

Spring Break is closer than you think.

And around here, that’s when the market shifts.

Every year in Tyler, the busy season quietly starts building in late February, and by Spring Break, buyers are actively touring homes.

If you’re even thinking about making a move in 2026, now is the time to check your numbers  not when your neighbor’s house hits the market.

Before you make a move, let’s talk.

I’ll personally review your home’s value and send you a real market analysis and get you a strategy to get moving!

Because the right price changes everything.
