Quick market pulse check! 📉 Interest rates took a breather last week, staying mostly flat. We’re still seeing strong upward pressure on home prices, particularly in the larger markets. While the 'rush' of applications we saw recently has calmed down and the Fed is keeping things steady, the labor market is holding firm. Translation: It’s a stable, competitive environment for anyone looking to make a move right now.
