Good morning, Tyler!

I don’t know about you… but the holidays are coming pretty quick in our house. 

As soon as the Halloween costumes were off and the candy was counted, the Christmas music came on and Home Alone was playing somewhere. We don’t even wait for Thanksgiving anymore.

Texas amendments pass: property tax relief + historic water funding (Nov 4 results)
Texas voters approved all 17 constitutional amendments, including expanded property-tax relief for homeowners and small businesses and a massive water investment that will fund major infrastructure projects across the state. Read more
